At death we will see our friend and Lover face to face: Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord (2Cor. 5.8 ESV). Additionally, other believers will welcome us as well: People will come from east and west and north and south, and will take their places at the feast in the kingdom of God. Indeed there are those who are last who will be first, and first who will be last (Lk. 13.29-30 NIV).
